| Our organization is An
ISO 9001 : 2000 company involved in manufacturing
of automobile components like piston rings.
For last 10 years we are involved in manufacturing of Piston
rings of Steel, C. I. and S. G. Iron materials catering
to major automobile and compressor manufacturing units of
the country. Also manufacturing of pulleys,
special purpose bushes, motor covers (End
shields) where there is primary need for accuracy are processed
on CNC lathe machine. |

| Our unit has machinery viz.,
C.N.C turning centres, precision lathes, milling machine, O.
D. lapping machine, rotary grinders, cylindrical grinders,
radial drilling machine, gap sizing machine, chuckmatic machine
(SPM). Shop equipped with all types of precision instruments
required for inspection and reliability of above mentioned
jobs. |
| HEAT
TREATMENT PLANT |
We have exclusive heat
treatment plant having Fluidised bed Furnace & Salt
bath Furnace where special processes like Hardening, Tempering,
Nitriding, Carburising and Annealing processes are carried
out with full fledged inspection facilities, as required
by customers specifications.
Our installed capacities are as under : |
(1) Carburising – 25 Tons
/ Month
(2) Hardening (Salt Bath) – 35 Tons / Month
(3) Hardening (FBFC) – 15 Tons / Month |

We are manufacturer of Gray
Iron castings, S. G. Iron Castings details
of our foundry division is as below:
FURNACE: Induction Furnace 150kg.
capacity, 100Kw.
CAPACITY: 1000 Tons per annum
BOX SIZE: Ranges from 12”x12”x4” to
18”x18”x6”
MOULDING PRACTICE: Green Sand Moulding
CORE MAKING PRACTICE: Shell Core,
Oil sand Core, Co2 Core.
